How about you? How are you? Today, my highschool friend tells me she wants to see us again. But I think it'll be a long time before it happens again. I also met a previous boss and I've brought her something:

She texted me this and said it was wonderful! Haha! うれしいよ！ Tomorrow we put up our home banner. Hope the business gets going fine. I'm thankful! :D

What made me happy is that dad gave me my advance diary for next year! Another blackbook. Probably my last? We shall see. However, I'm glad to see a multi-colored book to write on next time!

Let's do out best and keep on doing what makes others feel joyful as well!

 
PS: Tonight is also the beginning of our church's "Simbang Gabi." Interesting tradition! Haha. I'm looking forward to it!

Today is the local Methodists 'Family Rally' day.
Now I don't know what the 'rally' term is all about.
But they sure did gather a heap of local Methodists from near localities.
Here, they've requested kids from our church to perform.

We came ltae, but just in time before the performance. What was Ate Grace talking about? I'm not leaving? (Unless bribe me TOP or Taeyang for that matter) Ah. I will always find time for my kids. I feel bad because I wasn't there at their practice but I will do my best on what I can contribute on the time I am there! :D

Go Jeck! Kuya Valen gave me a tap on the back, wow, was I surprised it was him! And I think Ate Perla's smack left a lipstick mark on my face all day! I love that couple! *genki!* Always happy!

And at lunchtime, we managed to treat Dad at nearby McDonald's. I thought the Raspberry-Choco would be a sweet treat but it turns out it is SOUR~! Yay. So at the end my brother got to finish my sundae. Haha. Extra rice dilemma!
Oh, and I got to save Ate G. those fries, since she treated me to a burger this morning! Oh I hope her boys wouldn't mind. Hehehe. She's been making those *premonitions* again.

Now as we returned nothing was going on except for th games, and the kids were scattered about. I took out my anti-stress gadget--pen and paper. And then I started drawing.

But the place I was sitting on was getting hot, as the afternoon came. Yay. So me and the kids went on a corner and made funny faces. Haha. We met two new kids . I forgot their names though, but I keep talking to them.

And we look like poor little kids on the corner here.

Ah, Mr. Street Sleeper, FT Island on Philippines on February. Shall we buy tickets? :P Now now, just this afternoon, 2NE1 TV was shown in a local channel! Oh! It's crazy watching TOP, Seungri, Daesung and GD dubbed in rather... not THAT apt voices. TOP's voice should be larger. As in really large--as booming as Moe's sound system! Daesung and his funny antics. Don't come close with the camera, dear. Not looking that good. (but he nails it on magazine poses) GD and the dung hair. What was that episode? Youngbae did not talk much. Ahhhh, but the smile just kills me. X-| If Bigbang comes here I'm definitely coming for sure! :X


Tomorrow me and my family are the 3rd Lenten Candle Lighters. Just like what GD says, 'Shine a Light!'

We are headed for Tokyo next weekend, and I can't wait! This time round, the mister has most admirably done all the planning, so I get to be a lemming and just follow his directions. Here's the lemming routemap, at a glance:

Day 1 - Hello Japan! Lemming HQ at Shinjuku.
Day 2 - Enoshima Island, Kamakura
Day 3 - Kawagoe
Day 4 - Tsukiji, Asakusa, Ueno, Akihabara
Day 5 - Ginza, Tokyo, Odaiba
Day 6 - Shinjuku, Harajuku, Shibuya
Day 7 - The lemmings return to Singapore

身边有很多朋友的生活都在改变，也不知道是环境变了，所以生活理念也跟着变了， 或者是因为顺应生活理念上的改变，所以转换了跑道。总而言之，就是。。。变了。

一个一向很 “不食人间烟火”的老同学， 昨天对我说了， “钱不一定能买到幸福。不过，有钱可以带来更多选择， 有更多的选择，就可能找到快乐。No choice, 很辛苦。”  我虽然明白她想说的 （因为别的朋友也说过类似的话）， 但是从她的口里听到这番话，还是满震撼的。 我开始怀念从前那个纯朴的她。

是我长不大吗？不切实际？开始觉得自己有点象个苦行僧， 在人人在找捷径让日子好过一点的世界里， 我还在坚持 "苦中作乐“ 。 为了什么，我也不是很清楚， 只隐隐约约知道，害怕在花花世界迷失了自己。

After my last horrifying experience with the CSO of Citibank... i'm sad to say I have to call them again today... cos after cancelling my card, I still receive a bill from them, with late charges included... and guess what? the amount is for their annual membership fee... its like WTF.... and on their bill, they still state that the card has been cancelled upon my request... *sighz* what is their billing department doing...

anyway, i called them early this morning... waited for a good 5 minutes before my call was picked up.. but luckily this time round a got a good CSO, her name is Joyce... I told her about the details and she went on the check and revert to me that it will be rectified by the next bill... and she even went on to wish me a Happy Birthday (although its a few days ago)... well, these are the CSO that should be praise for their service... :) if only they have a means for me to do, but I'm no longer a customer of Citibank (ironically).... hahahahaha...

anyway I just hope by the "next bill", the figure is really rectified....
