this is an interesting read...rather funny too.
I'm giving up on this book after about 1/3 through and still at a loss of what or who or when! good thing it's from the library, thought of purchasing it when I first saw it last year!
on another note, wanted to get some new books but the contact that I'm getting books from seems to have disappeared. not getting any replies from him via email or sms. guess I'll have to get it at retail price then... :(
I wonder why the national library takes so long to acquire new books. can't it be faster??

the kite runner is a must-read! I could hardly put it down once I started and it was as compelling throughout the book. set in Afghanistan, it is a brilliant story of loyalty, friendship and kinship and it also depicts the reality of the political climate changes in the country.
